ICU患者における急性腎障害(AKI)の報告発生率はさまざまですが、最大で約25%の患者が腎代替療法を必要とする可能性があります。1-4 

持続的腎代替療法(CRRT)は、多くの臨床医にとってAKI管理における特定の臨床目標を達成するためのモダリティであり、変化する各患者のニーズに対応する柔軟性を提供します。
